Safety always comes first for us. We are privileged to have friends that work in our local ERs and they are sharing their COVID knowledge with us. Already, we do a screening, temperature, have HEPA air purifiers with UV light, ozone water and gas, and of course, top notch disinfection and sterilization practices, but now we are adding pulse oximeters. Why? According to people we know working in the COVID ERs, oxygen saturation is a better screening for asymptomatic COVID than temperature. It's quick and easy, and if it keeps everyone safer, it is worth it.
